Less maintenance and lower cutting costs
The machines are built with strong electro-welded steel
sheets, painted with the latest generation of high resistant
paints. All our high quality mechanical components have
been created to work for long periods taking into account
the environment in which they operate; all works movements
and positioning are secured by a safe position switches
system, the electrical panel is inside the machine frame.
It is protected from dust, water jets and any impact by
an additional sheet metal door.

Diamond wire yield increase
The drive system consists of two driving barbed wheels
that ensure the grip of the slotted track, gearmotor equipped
with special high-flow engine that allows you to work
at a very low speed and guarantees maximum torque.

Special attention to safety systems
There are several guards to ensure maximum safety during
work and to avoid mechanical failures but also to protect
the quarry workers.
We provide fixed mechanical structures made of metal placed
close to the flywheel. One of them is put on the top.
Our guards are guaranteed in accordance to the current
safety standards.
The electro-hydraulic system with complete protective
roller is equipped with 24 meters special shock-absorbent
tape controlled by an hydraulic power pack.
The electrical and electronic equipment consists of safety
limit switches, main engine effort and coupling control
during cutting, flywheel block in case of wire breakage
or of wheel rubber output.
This machine can work without operator because it is fully
automatic. The phases are controlled by suitably programmed
PLC that controls diamond wire breakage, lack of water,
labor time, enable cooling water dispensers and track
end (end cut).

With the help of its highly specialized personnel Bfc
machine entirely builds its machines in the Carrara factory.
Our mechanicals, electricians, engineers and programmers
are at customers disposal for a complete and efficient
after sales service. We provide a spare parts warehouse
and technicians always ready to provide a timely technical
assistance in Italy and abroad.
