The
MASTER TS quarry wire cutter is particularly suitable
for large wall, vertical, horizontal and sloped marble
and granite cuts. It is equipped with a double inverter
that allows to vary the speed of the quarry wire and that
of the towing unit. It is manufactured in version with
45-55 kW motor and can perform two parallel cuts at a
maximum distance of 1.8 m. and, upon request, 2.0 m. The
rotation and the translation of the motor head are made
hydraulically by a rotating table and an oil-hydraulic
piston. The machine can work in the absence of an operator
automatically. The machining phases are managed by a PLC
that is suitably programmed to be able to control quarry
wire breakage, lack of water, working time, thus enabling
cooling water dispensers and the end of the track (cut
end).
